After being a slacker for a week I’ve just completed week 5 run 1 👏🏼
I have to say I ran the 5 minutes without a huge issue (which surprises me!) and the 3 minute walk almost seemed too long, I’m recovering quicker maybe?
I’m proud of myself- really didn’t think I could run for 5 minutes without stopping (and I think my pace is a little faster than a snail now 😂).
