After being a slacker for a week I’ve just completed week 5 run 1 👏🏼
I have to say I ran the 5 minutes without a huge issue (which surprises me!) and the 3 minute walk almost seemed too long, I’m recovering quicker maybe?
I’m proud of myself- really didn’t think I could run for 5 minutes without stopping (and I think my pace is a little faster than a snail now 😂).

Brilliant well done Vix. A weeks break can be really good. Most long term training programs include occasional weeks rest. Sounds like your smashing it! w5r3 20 minute run for me tomorrow
Slacking for a week here and there is no bad thing, it puts you back fresh... that said, you got back into it, and you’re now getting to the business end of the plan, so no slacking off!!
