W1R1 done (again)

Just want to drop back in and let you know that my dizzy spell and chest jaw discomfort has been non-conclusive from all the tests I had, therefore I’m putting it down to anxiety/panic. The fact I responded to the angina Glyceryl trinitrate spray within 2 minutes has been put down to potential high blood pressure during a panic attack, according to my house doctor. He said it would’ve naturally reduced my blood pressure and in turn chest, jaw tension. I’m ever skeptical but I have nothing else to go on when tests come back normal.

So for that reason I’ve decided to continue running, but wanted to start again as I was three weeks without moving much. I found the run way easier than expected, and like my last run before I quit, I managed to push myself on the last minute run.

For me this is really mind over matter. I know if I can just stick it out, I should see an improvement in my mood and anxiety levels. I will keep reporting in after every run. Thanks for the support!

Well done NSFS! You are very right, this is all about mind over matter.

I was on the verge of calling it a day a few weeks back but like you soldiered on and have just completed W3... despite my misgivings.

Just been taking it easy and steady and as my grandson told me ‘you can’t be superman everyday’...

Keep going, W2 isn’t so bad either
