So meet my very fit running partner!! His name is Mickey Mouse. Ok so he isn’t a mouse πŸ™„

Today we did W4R3

Sarah said I smashed it 😳 I think she is Having a mental breakdown 😜

Did she not see me do my Pheobe running πŸ™ƒ it wasn’t pretty

I think I walked for 5 seconds in it. But I had a choice walk or die 🀨

My running partner obviously nailed it..... just makes me jealous 😲

Perhaps if I ran on all fours I could be equally awesome πŸ€” or just look really freaking weird

So over to you how did you get on??

Is that really his name? Don’t get me wrong, it’s a good name but I just wanted to double check...

Pheobe’s running style is unique and high calorie burning, something we can all learn from.

One other thing that’s rather a lot of dvds you have there, do you need all of them? are they all from pre 2008?

We have moved house since then which also means DVDs have increased πŸ™„

I’m thinking possibly Sunday if I’m feeling up for it, would love to sneak a cheeky one in tomorrow but that’s not allowed! Have you got to work crazy nuts hours this weekend or are you still signed off? When are you thinking of going out running, next week?

I don’t think you should be beating yourself up about 5seconds of walking, you totally smashed it! And you are so ready for week 5! You totally have this!!! I’m rewarding myself for running in the rain with copious amounts of vodkaπŸ˜‚ maybe gin later!!!

Ahh I’m saving myself for a cheeky Chinese hangover cure tomorrow. Also if I ordered a curry tonight I would totally have a naan bread and rice!! I’ve met drunk me before! I’m on the Keto diet which means no carbs😒😒😒 I don’t think anyone understands how much I love bread, particularly good sourdough bread! But otherwise it is a grand diet I get to eat bacon, cheese and sausages and boat loads of delicious high fat things with lots of above the ground veg. So it actually suits me well so I’m seldom hungry.

We’ve been doing it for close to 4 months and I’m 20kgs down-I have a lot to lose! A LOT!!! I need to lose a whole human being of the same height...she might be shorter now.

Rice has never bothered me, cauliflower egg fried rice works exceedingly well.

I do enjoy it actually, I have my bulletproof coffee every morning for breakfast, that was the hardest thing to get over. Butter and mct oil in coffee🀭. But once blended with a sugar free syrup (my favourite is peanut butter cup) it’s just like a frothy latte. I have a couple of babybells as a snack then leftovers for lunch. Once you have had chillie including chorizo and a pack of streaky bacon with butter fried cauliflower rice with garlic I promise there is no turning back..

Like C25k the first week is the hardest! You still want the sweet things. (That’s are sweet things on Keto you just don’t know about them yet) I was prepared though. Duck and increased our β€˜Keto happy’ fats the week before we started so we negated β€˜Keto flu’ but when we cheat we have runny bums for 3 days.

My diets tend to last about an hour!! Being signed off work isn’t helping!! I’ve gone from working shift work to nothing πŸ˜” hoping I can get back to work in a week or so πŸ™πŸ»

What a lovely companion <3 I felt in love!

Great work both of you!

For some wierd reason they are way better runners than we are. Every run I am so jealous.

For past 40 days I am on super strict diet due to health reasons. I am on low carb, easy digest, avoid almost everything diet. Very rarely I have bread as a treat. No sweets. No added sugar, although 3 times I added half of a teaspoon to my huge super weak coffee. I must say it is very difficult. It got easier with time, but I still dream of some foods and meals.

As a side effect of a diet I lost quite few pounds. Now I need to work on those muscles, otherwise I may disappear on this diet plus running :P But I find it so hard for now to add an extra workout, when I'm running 3x a week, and I don't want to burn my muscles before run.

Once again, huge well done! Now you can relax while watching one of the film's from your impressive collection.

Hey sweet. How was your last run?

Hats off to anyone that can sustain a diet. But don’t label it. Surely a diet is the food you eat. We put so much pressure on ourselves with the word Diet that we forget that food in general is a diet.

We are both awesome!

I call it Diet, as it is temporary until I will find out the cause(s) of my flare ups. Then, I will go back to my healthy eating :) with adjustment to whatever findings I will have.

I've had several medicals tests plus couple of visits with dietetician. Tests all good. Dietetician... in short: I am very sorry I can't/don't know how to help you.

As a scientist, I decided to do my own experiments.

My area is flexible like me :P

I've started from PE (very long time ago), then moved to chemistry, followed by food chemistry, then I progressed into molecular biology, just to be in forensics at the moment. It probably sounds way cooler than it is in reality.

And of course self-dietetician :P

Do I look like an intelligent person?! O_o nah-hah. I have no idea why they call it science. You just follow procedures, and as long as you don't fall asleep in the middle (for too long) than you are fine :P
