Not too bad really ,sweating alot ,legs were still aching from first run πŸ˜†but hung in there .

Great job. Keep your legs moving tomorrow, check out the cross training and strengthening stuff in the guide, and they’ll soon get used to this strange thing you’re making them do. You earn the aches... your legs ache as they heal and build themselves up.

Number 3 will be easier, enjoy.
