I’m back, after another pause. This time thanks to being hospitalised with pancreatitis earlier in September. Waiting for a surgery date to get rid of the gallstones that caused the problem. Several days of sitting on my bum on IV fluids and painkillers then another week or so of recovery while things were still sore. Got out this morning before it got light and repeated W5R1 to prove to myself I hadn’t lost all the work I’ve put in. Got to try to fit in the other two week five runs this week but away for work later in the week so it might have to be different days to my usual ones. Got my eyes on run 3!
Happy Tuesday, all 😊

Welcome back... nice to see you back out there having recovered from illness and surgery. Consider that run 3 a reward for getting back on this programme, when it comes you’ll love it (though maybe as it finishes) and the sense of achievement that it brings.
Thanks! Still waiting for the surgery, so there will be another break in running at some point, but it’ll be worth it to be done with the unpredictable attacks!
Ah, misread that bit... but it’s ok, you’ll have another super run to reward you getting back on it again! I couldn’t be doing with unpredictable attacks... hopefully they get you in soon.
