Skirting the issue

Does anyone run in a skirt or skort and if so, where can a decent one be bought?

I'm not suggesting this... she runs ultras wearing a dress... and look at her feet too.

but to answer your question I haven't seen a skort for years, my daughter used to wear them many moons ago

Look for a tennis skirt (they're actually skorts) - they're easy to find and designed for sport. Might be easier than finding one meant for running if your local running shop doesn't carry them.

I live in Canada and Costco sells athletic skorts, but they only come in once a year. I wouldn't really run in the ones I have, I use them for golf or just casual wear. I think I would want one that has a little silicone or something a bit tacky to keep the legs of the under-shorts from riding up.

Thanks. It's for the Mrs as the one I bought her [the only one I could easily find] is too short for her liking and modesty!

Amazon do some twin shorts, bit like a cycle short with an over short.

There are some longer than others.
