Well it was the final run of week 5 - what!!! 20 minute run. This time in Rota just across the bay from Cadiz. (History buffs now think about the battle of Trafalgar.). Felt the panic immediately. Overcome it and got into a rhythm (confess not mega fast) but enough to get heart rate up and a good sweat on. lol.
