Ahh Readwillow you’ve clearly forgotten W1R1!! Bet there’s been improvement since then. Head gremlins will often try to beat us down, eg “I’m so unfit “. Your fitter than you were, your doing great 👍🏻 Be kind to yourself and acknowledge how far you’ve come from the couch!!

Well, you’re gonna get through this whole thing, it has to get tough at some point... now it’s time to work hard and believe and you’ll get past this and every other tough one on the way. You can do it

Mmm - I started W3 on Sunday and really noticed the step up too. I am sure Laura is right and if we follow the programme then we will manage each week as they come. Will think of you when I'm out tomorrow. We can do it!!!!
