Just did day 2 of week 1! I didn’t realise how unfit I was! But I’m so determined to complete the 9 weeks!!

It's very surprising isn't it.

I thought I was quite fit, but realised how hard running is! I've up to weekend, did run 1 today. I walk way faster than I run , oh well

We all have to start somewhere. I’m just proud for actually gettin my act together and getting out to do it no matter how slow or fast it’s just an achievement in it self for me. :)

2 down... getting fitter with each one.. the fitness does go up a lot faster than you’d imagine... you’ll get to graduation because you’re strong in mind and the body is catching up. Good job.

Great attitude. I too had a rude awakening on run 1. Run for a minute? Easy! Do it 8 times? You are having a laugh!

I read it as run for a minute 7 reps... I can’t post what I said when Sarah said I had one to go... had a couple of Fs in it

Hi , I am doing day 2 week 1 tomorrow. Found it quite hard but determined to do this. Just feeling a bit self conscious running 😂 keep going and let me know how you are doing!
