Probably a stupid question (I tend to ask em sometimes) did anyone repeat a week? Or did you keep on course for the 9 weeks? I’m curious to what everyone else has done 🤔

It's not a stupid question 'MP83' (wonder if we'll ever get MP83 players) yes there are some people who want to repeat a week of C25K if they are not satisfied with the week they have just done, no harm in doing that.

Lots of people repeat weeks so don't worry if you need to. Although the programme lasts for 9 weeks, there are folks who take longer for various reasons. It took me six months because an old injury came back to bite me but it got done and I'm still running.......whoop whoop 🤗🤗

It is not a stupid question as eveyone does what they need to to run for 30 minutes or 5k if they can. I was lucky I managed some how to do 6k on my week 9 so I only did the 9 weeks and didn’t give myself any injuries will doing it.

I thought I’d need to repeat weeks in order to successfully complete them (being unfit as I am!) but I’ve managed to get to W6R2 without needing to. I’d only repeat a session if I didn’t complete it, even though stepping up to the next week has looked unachievable and almost every session of the 17 so far has been a struggle (only one or two have been comfortable). So, if you manage a session, move on to the next!
