Thanks Pharrell Williams and others on the running playlist I tried today, that worked well. A bit of techno and trance definitely helped with the pace and if Strava is to be believed I clocked up 4.9km today!
I know that's total done but still Wowsers great start to jump day π

Running definitely made me appreciate techno, trance etc which is good because my son writes the stuff. Which is why I encourage people to see the difference between 'music I like to lie on the couch and listen to' and 'music to support my running' and consider the podcasts.
