Good job. You don’t have to go every other day, if you miss a few it’s ok, I’m a couple of weeks behind the implied schedule due to my dodgy knees, but I didn’t need to step back. Of course you’ll be a little stronger going into week 2 because you’ve repeated, so that works too.
