Well I wasn’t expecting that!!! Think I enjoyed running on a treadmill more than outside and as a bonus my speed was a lot quicker. On the road I average around 7.8 but on the treadmill it was 8.4 and I felt I could have pushed it a bit more . If only I could justify paying for membership.

Well done... it’s hard to transition for most people. Justification? Hmmm... years extra on the life expectancy? If it suits you and keeps you with your loved ones longer how much is that worth? Can you go over winter outside? That’s free, but if not you’re gonna have to maintain the best you can and then work hard to get back to where you were when the weather broke. Make the best decision for you.
