For healthy eating, I suspect Google is your friend! 😀

I think healthy eating is fairly basic stuff If you eat more of the good stuff and less of the obviously bad stuff then you’ll make real inroads into improving your health and trimming your waistline

There are more books than you an shake a stick at I’d just cut out the baddies to start with.

Replace processed foods with real food as much as possible. Your shopping basket should be mostly basic ingredients for cooking meals. Loads of fruit & veg, actual cheese, not processed cheese-like products and proper meat if you’re omnivorous. Brush up your cooking skills if needed, there’s masses of help on youtube.

The latest thinking is that manipulated industrial foodstuffs laden with additives (and refined sugars) are far worse than saturated fats. (Seems like common sense to me)

Go for good nutrition rather than calorie counting.

Finally.. enjoy it! Good food is one of life’s great pleasures. Healthy eating is tasty eating.😊🍒🌽🍳🌮🍷
