Just did 2nd run of week 3, definitely hard but definitely easier than last time, even if only a little bit. I feel fitter, I can feel benefits that I didn't expect like better skin and less pain in my back and shoulder (I've had pain for a long time in both) and my insomnia is definitely fading. I also feel like i look a little less destroyed after each run... How can running be this magic?? I'm so impressed with myself!

Looking at those pictures you’re certainly fitter and stronger as the runs progress. Great that the pains are easing. Definitely deserve to be that impressed with yourself. Happy running!
