Things are going quite well this week although I’m finding as the runs get longer my back aches next day. Any ideas how to help it?

This seems to be quite common - your legs are now stronger than the rest of your body! Find some Core Strength exercises - they'll help the rest of your body catch up 💪 Good luck!
