I've graduated and I'm working towards my 10k runs but today I did w1r1 with all 3 of my teen daughters 😁😁😁 had fun and spent some time together. Don't know if I've managed to convert them but I'm trying πŸ˜‚

nice that you have graduated, congratulation, unlike us grownups who have not ran for ages, it is advisable to start at week 1, some teenagers, particularly if they are good at PT can go out and start at week 9 of C25K, let alone, week 1, probably advisable for your daughters to start at week 1.

How wonderful - leading by example 😁My son started running with me a few weeks after I started couch25k. We've done a few parkruns together and it really is good quality time together - even when he can't be bothered and walks 🀣

3 teenagers at once? I feel for you πŸ˜‚

Just 26 runs to go for them... with a great coach... they got this!
