I began as a mere stripling, able to run a few minutes, awestruck at those that went before me, yourself included, wondering if I would ever be able to do the same! But now, I run alongside my peers. Cheeky, cheesehead, AWNM, TelfordMike, Fabbie and a few others. This forum has been inspirational. I've read about how to follow the program, looked at the spreadsheet (and gulped when I was on week four!) Read about your greatest run (and felt the jelousy flow through me at the pics!) And discussed musical tastes we indulge whilst running. It's been an amazing few weeks, for which I thank everyone here, and I won't stop posting waffle every so often. But to you and everyone else who has deigned to give me a like, or a reply; I say thank you.
