Holiday interruption

Greetings from sunny Corfu! It had been my intention to keep up the good work while here on holiday, and I planned on getting up at my usual time and going for a run before it gets too hot. Unfortunately I did wake up at my usual time, but forgot the two hour time difference, so now it's already too warm. I was due to do W3R2 and had been doing really well, so I'm gutted that, realistically, I won't run all week. Any advice as to where I should pick up when I go home? Do I need to start again?

You don't lose your condition in a week, just pick up where you left off.

Hi there enjoy your holiday we all need a break! I think the fact you are worried about it means that you will pick it back up easily when you get home. You sound really motivated. I reckon enjoy your holiday and then pick up where you left off when you get back 👍🏻
