Hi all, this is my first post, even though I'm in week seven, I'm a bit slow!! Anyway, just wanted to say to the people just starting, KEEP GOING! I'm in my late 30s and hadn't run since I left school. I started again because I suffer from quite severe anxiety and the Cto5K has been amazing.
After seven weeks I am now able to (fairly) comfortably run for 25 mins, something I never thought I could say and it's really helped my mental health issues.
The running was so hard to begin with but I'm so chuffed that my body is actually capable of doing this.
Don't give up people, you've got this!

Great post, ginger runner! I enjoyed the weeks 7,8 and 9 most of all. I’m very slow, run without music and now without Laura! Every success with the next steps towards graduation and beyond x
