Finally managed to do a 30minute run on the level yesterday morning! But so stressed today that I decided to run this evening - managed 25 minutes on undulations. Saved the big hill for my cool down walk. First time I have run to de-stress rather than to complete the programme. I think that might mean I am finally hooked 😂

We urge caution running consecutive days, but I understand reducing stress levels is beneficial too. When I was going through a stressful time I took to speed walking on my off days, it uses slightly different muscles.

In fairness I ran Monday morning then Tuesday evening - more than a 36 hour break. No different to running Monday evening and Wednesday morning.
