Well past graduation but still ache each run, is this normal?

I am on consolidation but still ache all over. Shouldn't my body have got used to it by now?

Well, during the programme there was no real chance for your body to get used to it, as it was a constant push to complete.

Some aches are normal for months of conditioning and even then recovery can have a few aches about it. Have you tried recovery runs? Go as slower than usual and it helps the legs for the next run.

I find doing two slower 5k or more runs and then one quicker one each week is helping build up my legs so they don’t ache so much, especially the calves. The slow runs feel less painful afterwards also🤪
