Ahead of the programme

I think starting the c25k was the best thing I've done. I used to run a lot years ago but age and family to centre stage and my health slow got worse. I'm now back running every other day and have moved ahead of the c25k programme. No matter how hard your runs seem don't give up, it's better to move than to watch your health deteriorate. Keep going!

Welcome back to running! I had a long break from it too... was only 30 years between runs.
