Well I did it loved the journey but now the hard part sustaining the running and trying to improve.

Well done! Its a great achievement! I liked the structure of the plan and the challenge so I carried on with some of the other nhs podcasts to build my pace up (stepping stones and speed mainly) and I’ve just started on the bridge to 10k (there’s a forum for that too). Good luck with your running future!

Well done! Do lots of consolidation runs, e.g. fast 3k, slow 5k - just make sure you keep going out 3 times a week for a few weeks. Lots of people recommend doing a parkrun.
