Made commitment to myself & bought a pair of Brooks Adrenaline GTS Running Shoes. Fantastic run, really enjoyed it even in the heat. The dog & I are looking fitter.

You enjoyed the heat? You sound like you may be a runner!

Nice shoes! Surprising how soon we can see a difference in ourselves. Your dog needs a 5k... well done on your journey so far.

When you go out to buy new shoes, it no doubt means you’ve got the bug and that’s absolutely brilliant! I bought new shoes during the programme too. Much later than you! I was never even remotely interested in running shoes before! Now I’m checking out the soles and everything! Who knew? 😂 Keep running, keep enjoying! Lots more great runs to come! Well done! ❤️
