Hi can anyone recommend a jacket that will keep out rain but not be too warm when used for runs?

I saw you post about Stormont - if you are in NI then I would recommend the jacket I got from Dunnes childrenswear - they do teenage sizes that are pretty big and are lots cheaper than the adult ranges.

Thank you jeffbird ...I will definately check in Dunnes.

Do you agree that Stormont park run is pretty flat?

yes Stormont is pretty gentle. I avoid hills as running downhill exacerbates my dodgy knee and I didn't have any problem with the route yesterday.

I struggle even walking up that hill in Stormont 🙈

I’d like to know too. I absolutely hate getting too hot. I’d rather get soaked.
