Hi am I try to do c25k to quick found week 3 run to hard I seem very tied today I also go in the gym after as well and some times run the next day as well

Sounds like you’re doing a lot maybe too soon? You need to separate a run day from a gym day for now. Let your body get used to it. Unless you were already a gym bunny before? You need a rest day between each run day.

i suggest keeping the running to a separate day than your gym session and avoid running in that session. You need a day inbetween to repair damage to your muscles. If you are getting very tired take an extra days rest.
