Made it through week 1 and still breathing

I finished week 1. As an asthmatic I never thought I could run. I have been reading post from other asthmatic s and decided to try. It wasn't pretty and one of the days the humidity got to me and I could only do 45 seconds each rep but I didn't quit. Thanks for all the people who take the time to post. It's encouraging.

Well done and welcome! Personally I found week 1 the hardest (now on week 9). It gets easier as you get stronger. Remember to take it really slowly while you run and you’ll get there. Good luck!
