You’re running, that’s what counts.

Welcome to the forum and well done on getting started.

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5... and will give some limited advice on treadmill running.

Running is running.

No, I did most of my early runs on the dreadmill, because of snow and bad weather. I found it was easier on my knees when I first started too. It’s worth mixing it up , as it’s great being outside and feeling a breeze on your face. You can also do communal running like Parkrun later on, which is great fun.

Till the time your feet/ body is moving its great, treadmill, rope jumping, walking in the park, on the roads etc.
