Can you WALK at a brisk pace for 30 minutes without stopping? If so you can start couch to 5k, just download the app and get started! There is a good introduction to the programme among the pinned posts in this forum.

A less sensible response from me.... trainers on, headphones in & trust the programme! You’ll amaze yourself with what you can achieve in a few short weeks. Good luck, go for it! 😁
Hardest bit is getting out the door. The programme works though. Just trust it.
