I haven’t been keeping up with running 3 times a week it’s been the odd Saturday morning! So I decided to set my alarm half a hour earlier this morning and do my run on the treadmill! Wow did I feel better and it set me up for a more positive day 😊 so it looks like early morning runs work for me! Started week 5 and loved it 🏃🏽♀️
