Hi one and all. so ive not been able to run for the last six weeks due to a knee injury. Been given the ok to start back up but my question is where do i pick up the program from.? My last run was several minutes in W6R1 when my knee went night night, up until then it had been going pretty good. I dont feel like i need to start from the beginning again so any thoughts on picking maybr W4R1 and seeing how i go. Anyone else had similar problems? Thoughts and suggestions greatly received. Thanks all

Take a jogette out and see how you feel.. take it slow and steady. Your body will soon tell you if all is well. Many of us have repeated weeks after the IC... it can be fun

As Oldfloss says, try a jogette and listen to your body. Maybe try a 10 minute slow run or a run/walk and if that feels ok then build it up from there. After I was out for 6 weeks I started off with 10 minutes and increased by 5 but we're all different so there really is no stock answer.
