W9 R2 completed but oh boy it was hot! 31degrees in Stockport!!! The cold wind and rain pale into insignificance compared to the heat! Apparently it’s getting hotter - I’m not sure I will be doing my graduation run if it does!!
So here’s a question - how do you all gauge how far you have run? I assumed I was doing about 3.5 K but when I have put my steps recorded during my run (pacer on phone) into a converter it says I’m doing between 5.5 and 5.9 K which is amazing! I used kyles converter then tried a couple of others - what do you think? How accurate are they? I have tried to google the distance of the park I run in but it doesn’t say! 🏃♀️

Since graduation, I have been looking for a known 3 mile or 5k route. I downloaded the MapMyRun app, kept the phone in a pocket in my cycling top and ran until it told me I'd done 3 miles.
I'm not looking to extend the distance at the moment, so that does me fine.
