I've just completed W3R2, and I'm so happy as I can really start to feel myself getting fitter and I'm actually really enjoying the runs. I'm aware this might change in the next coming weeks as the minutes jump up a fair bit, but feeling good for now! It's nice to know there are so many others out there on the same journey
