Seriously though, the programme is amazing and really works. It takes you from zero to hero... it really does. I ran for more than 10k tonight and I only started in January and couldn't have and wouldn't have run for a bus previously. I'm now a convert and disciple.

Go for it you won’t regret it, just take it slow, I start week 6 tomorrow never run/jog before and feel really chuffed with myself, I’ve not told my family or friends yet want to give them a big surprise when i graduate

You must be inspired to be at this point, the majority wannado's don't even make this far.

Nine short weeks from now you WILL be running for thirty minutes. Nine short weeks from now you will achieved something which just yesterday seemed impossible. Nine short weeks from now there will be another new wannado asking the same questions and in nine short weeks you'll be giving them the help and support they need to get through.

Feel inspired, get out there and do it . . . . . . you know you wanna!

A few weeks ago I swore my way round week 1, I'm now on week 8. Tonight I ran the same distance in 20 min as the entire week 1 workout! After that 20 min I had enough energy to join in with some basic speed training ending in a sprint finish!

Take it slowly and the program works!
