It’s been a long time

So after suffering a stress fracture having surgery on my right foot twice in the last couple of years including having a toe amputated I think I’m going to start the program again I haven’t done any proper exercise for about three years but tomorrow I’m going to attempt week 1 run 1 wish me luck

Good luck - it seems you’ve had a rough couple of years but on the plus side you’ve exercised in the last 3 years. When I started I’d not run since school (and I left in the 70s!!). Slow and steady. It’s the decision to start that’s the hardest. Well done and off you go.
