Completed 2 of the 3 runs and been doing the strength and flexibility in between..... muscles aching but feeling motivated!!! Just trying to get fit as feeling so sluggish at 45!!!!

Well done for starting the stretch and flex too.. it is really important to start to build up strength and stamina as you progress.

Keep it steady and slow as you go, keep posting for great support and advice..there are many folk just beginning this. so you have plenty of company !
