Had a 4 day break before my first 25 min run, so was a bit worried I’d be out of practice. The extra rest must have done wonders because I sailed through this one. In the 5 min countdown I even upped my pace!!! Definitely ended this one on a high 😃😃😃

Congratulations on being officially a runner! I've just got in from that one too. Apart from the odd gremlin telling me to stop it was a good run. Onwards and upwards ToughBean!
