so..up at 6.00am to tackle last run Wk6.....only gone and done it 🤩

Now feeling mildly queasy...anyone else get this ?

I can't believe I kept going for 25 minutes..very slow but did it Managed to do a whole minute actually at a running speed i.e over 6k rather than a slow jog ..whoop whoop 🤣🤣🤣.

Haven't read week 7...didn't want to know...

Sounds like you ran out of energy. Starting at 6am, like me, it's easy to run on empty, try a piece of fruit before you run.

The other issue I have, which is a little indelicate, is that it is too early for my bowel to move, so that can also cause queasiness.

Week 7 is like week 6, great when you finish.

And, the queasiness could be any manner of things... humidity, slightly under-hydrated maybe, a little bug you could have...

You say you went slowly and that is good... often heading too fast into the longer runs is an issue...

Take them slowly steadily and relax into them...let the newly forming running legs carry you,

Hopefully... then next one will be fine:) A great start to your day though :)

Indelicate maybe, but I am with theoldfellow on this one, but could be anything I suppose, my early morning regime is normally a cup of coffee lol, probably not the best preparation, but at the end of the day I am not trying to emulate Mo Farah, just get a bit fitter
