No real dramas. Been running at 8.3 km/h and cranked up to 10 for a bit. That was hard bit that is the ultimate pace. Not worried target to me is 30mins then 5 k. PF gas seemed a bit better but patchy. Next week has a 20 min in it. Hmmmmm
Week 4 over: No real dramas. Been running at 8.... - Couch to 5K

I think only 10% of people make the 5k in 30 minutes after 9 weeks. The 30 minutes is the important bit. 8.3km/h is still good pace and faster than every single person sat on the couch.
