Just completed week 1 run 3. I'm glad of the advice and tips here, the best one I've found is to keep it slow. Haven't been too bad for aches, the worst day was after run 2, it felt like the muscles in my thighs had been tied in a knot, the day after that I actually felt fantastic. Breathing hasn't been a problem so far but we'll see what next week brings.

Couple of days off now :)

Nice one! Well done. I’ve got W2R1 tomorrow.

Might have to use the ‘slow down’ advice myself. Looking forward to it though 👍
