Treadmill or road running

Morning does anyone mix up there running by running outdoors and using the treadmill? I find the treadmill easier on the joints. 😃

When I did c25k I use to try and do at least 1 run outside. That is only because when I started I was way over weight and was to shy to join a gym. At about wk5 I joined a gym and started running on a treadmill.

I do either/or depending on the day and what else I’m doing but try to do one outside run a week.
