Remember me? Well I’m still here - just haven’t been able to run for the last nearly 5 months 😫 seeing a specialist next Friday after so much rehab and breaking down cycles that it’s finally thought I Do have a stress fracture in my right tibia..... so just reappearing before more months of misery and rehab to tell everyone out there - get proper shoes from a proper shop that REALLY does a thorough assessment - get them to check the drop height - that was what did for me and if I had known about it I wouldn’t have let the ***** at Sportslink sell me shoes that were so wrong my specialist has said they caused this.

I am bloody minded and I will return - have a lovely running summer all x
