Hello , yes I had this a few times and still have it occasionally . It tended to happen when I hadnt had enough fluids or it could be a touch of hayfever maybe ?
Once I got back and had some water and a paracetamol it seemed to go xxx
Ah. I started getting migraines after running about a year ago. Put it down to age/hormones but husband on a short fuse nagged me to go to the Drs. Which I did. She told me to stop running until it had been investigated. One year later - half a stone heavier - neurologists & brain scans. It has been put down to "exercise induced migraine" and I can run again. I really hope you haven't got migraine - they are the worst. I'm doing this programme to ease back into exercise gradually - I'm on beta blockers but unfortunately yes I do still get headaches - not migraine - after exercise. I do try to drink enough water - the merest hint of dehydration for me can trigger one. Also I can't run outside in any kind of sun, hot or humid weather so I'm doing it all on a treadmill. Sorry - end of essay! Bet you wish you hadn't asked now. In the first instance I would say to you not to run in the heat of the day & always make sure you are well hydrated. Good luck & I really hope they get better

Oh thanks!! I did see my doc and she told me to carry on running but breather through my mouth .. less irritation to the sinuses! But good advice about avoiding sunshine! Glad you’re ok and thanks for your advice!
