I completed my W3R2 today which was ok. What made it a little frustrating was my headphones. I recently purchased some Bluetooth headphones but they kept falling out of my ear. Any recommendations?

I bought anker soundbud tags (they do different styles -sport etc) and have had no issues with them falling out even with one bud in, my wife has a pair and she likes them as do 2 others at my work. Prob one of the better buys I have made at £20 from amazon. They also make a version that have the over ear rubbers. I have a few items from anker and like their kit. Hope this helps

I concur. Anker soundbuds sport are waterproof and come with 3 sizes of tags and buds and an over the ear connector. I’ve had mine a year problem free

Congrats on W3R2! Super frustrating to have the earbuds fall out though. I just splurged on the Bose Soundsport wireless earbuds because my other ones were deteriorating in the heat and sweat (tmi, i know, sorry.) I've only used them for about 3 runs but they're great so far and I think will be a good investment. But very pricey :(

If they're the ear bud type then you shd experiment with different sizes of the little rubber ends. Most headphones come spare extra sets. Bit fiddly but worth experimenting. You also need to do a slight "screwing" action when putting them in. Took me a while to get mine sorted out but easier and cheaper than buying new ones. Annoying tho....

Google sports headphones. You need the ones that hook around your ear. Don't go enthusiastic and splash out for the ones that cut off all the surrounding sounds, you need to be able to hear what's around you. You'll get them for a tenner.

I got a Bluetooth headband type thing from Amazon as I've never found in ear headphones that stay in. A bit warm for the summer months but great so far for evening runs
