Well that was a surprise

I completed c25k in the back end of last summer but then trapped a nerve in my shoulder and was unable to run for months and totally let it slip. Anyway, stopping in a hotel this week and thought I'd try the facilities and went to the gym, got on the treadmill, set 8km/h and trotted away for 30 minutes!. Just thought I'd share how what you're all doing now does actually stay with you as when I started those 2 minute jogs were the absolute maximum I could manage.
