wondering if enyone can help I done w5 r2 yesterday and kept getting sharp shooting pain just under my left knee now today it's black and blue I don't want to stop running so should I just do week one a few times till its better or w5 r3 tomorrow

If you have injured yourself you stop running until you recover. Trying to continue to run will likely exacerbate the injury and could lead to a much longer layoff, if not permanent damage.

Listen to your body.

Ouch - is it still sore? I really think you should get your gp or a physio to check it out first. Especially if there has been some bleeding too. Knees can be slow to heal so don't risk making it worse. Running will still be here when you are fully recovered. I know how frustrating this may be but better a short stay on the injury couch than a long one. Good luck🙂
