Hello. I am on w1r2. W1r1 went really well no stiffness or anything so really thought ok give fhis a go, but did it in the gym of the treadmill. I though yesterday what a lovely evening I would walk the dog briskly then do the warm up and run home from a friends.. all went ok until I got a pain in my foot but sort of walked it off and through extending my trip home. I did ok cool down and all but wow woke during the night with horrible pain n stiffness in the back of my knee... what happened please?

Lots of those stretches and massage,,, the knee support may help for the walk to work, but is not a long term solution..keep us posted..:)
