Nice work. I know what you mean about running in the wind.

I just did run 2 yesterday and my 12 year old is doing it with me so we can support each other and both try to get in shape. He is on the big side for his age.

I’m finding it super hard. I’m very unfit as have Asthma but I’m determined to try my best for both me & him.

It’s hard to run because I just get whezzy, I just walk as fast as I can instead of running. I suppose that as long as I’m getting my heart rate right up and doing something that uses all my energy up then it’s doing me good hey?! I know it might take me a little longer to get to my goals but as long as I’m making a start, making a good difference ya know?
