W10 The hills are alive

After feeling rather deflated after my graduation run on Monday, I seem to have my mojo back now I’ve got a new challenge- hills.

Did an entirely new route with inclines and railway bridges - not ideal when there are people carrying bikes but invigorating.

Took it really slowly and it’s going to take a while to figure out pace, breathing and step length but it’ll open up so many new routes!

Onwards and upwards!

I’m going to go back to my former route but tweaked to incorporate a smallish hill that I’ve been avoiding.

So familiarity with a hilly twist!
